Responsibilities

As Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter (m/w/d) you are the first point of contact for our applicants in our Berlin Office. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day recruitment business from the very beginning and will also be responsible for our active sourcing. You will drive the tech recruiting processes as well as applicant management at Endava Berlin.

You accompany applicants from the first contact to the signing of their employment contract. Whether developer, project manager or software tester - you are their constant contact for all questions and concerns in the recruiting life cycle. You actively participate and contribute your own ideas - we work in an agile way and always find the best solutions for our new colleagues.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for researching, identifying and actively approaching potential candidates in various sourcing channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) as well as for building and maintaining our candidate pipeline
  • You help to determine selection criteria
  • You accompany the candidate through all steps from the kick-off of the position to the conclusion of the contract
  • You help to plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • You assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Jira
  • You help with designing our job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • You take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • You actively participate, contribute your own ideas and continuously improve the recruiting life cycle together with your colleagues

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in in-house recruiting or in any other related field
  • You are curious, open, empathetic, communicative, convincing and service orientated
  • You think pro-actively, can force decisions and have either your first experience in developing and implementing recruiting strategies or would love to learn it 
  • You are a born networker and approach new people without inhibition
  • You have a high level of comprehension, conscientiousness and a good dose of organisational talent
  • You enjoy working individually as well as being part of an agile team
  • You communicate directly and to the point, fluently in German and English
