As Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter (m/w/d) you are the first point of contact for our applicants in our Berlin Office. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day recruitment business from the very beginning and will also be responsible for our active sourcing. You will drive the tech recruiting processes as well as applicant management at Endava Berlin.
You accompany applicants from the first contact to the signing of their employment contract. Whether developer, project manager or software tester - you are their constant contact for all questions and concerns in the recruiting life cycle. You actively participate and contribute your own ideas - we work in an agile way and always find the best solutions for our new colleagues.
