Talent Acquisition Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You will accompany the applicant through our tech recruiting life cycle from kick-off discussions to the conclusion of the contract.
  • You will discuss new strategies with all the stakeholders (manager, head of disciplines, etc.) to attract the best talent for Endava Berlin and act as the contact person for all of the questions
  • You will be responsible for researching, identifying and actively approaching candidates in various sourcing channels (XING, LinkedIn, databases, forums, etc.) as well as setting up and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
  • You will actively help shape new processes, contribute with your own ideas and continuously develop the recruiting life cycle together with your colleagues.
  • You can prove your organizational talent in scheduling and holding company and team events.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • You have at least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience
  • You think analytically, make decisions and have experience in developing and implementing a recruiting strategy
  • You are curious, open, empathetic, communicative and pragmatic
  • You are a born networker and have a natural talent for approaching new people uninhibited
  • You are characterized by a high level of comprehension, conscientiousness and a good dose of organizational talent
  • You enjoy working independently, but just as much enjoy exchanging ideas in a team
  • You communicate directly and to the point, fluently in German and English
  • Specialist knowledge of general labor law issues would be considered a plus
