Business Development Representative – BENELUX – Telco, Media, Healthtech & Retail

Responsibilities

We are looking for driven and aspiring sales professionals to be the initial introducers to Endava’s services through engaging with new prospects via various communication channels.

In addition, you’ll become a trusted industry adviser by providing feedback and insight from the verticals Endava works in to support other business units to contribute to Endava’s growth.

Alongside this, you’ll be supported by sales leaders through our Sales and Marketing (SAM) academy to fast track your skills and capabilities with the goal of moving into a senior sales position.

Each BDR will receive regular ongoing support and a clear progression plan to enable a move into a business development manager role, where you will be responsible for your own sales opportunities and potential line manager responsibilities.

The SAM academy has been critical to Endava’s growth with numerous people success stories and therefore we are continually investing in the team to support our people development agenda.

  • Using a variety of means to prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to secure client meetings
  • Organise and target specific organisations in your industry vertical
  • Develop relationships with CIOs and CTOs
  • Liaise with internal teams to agree message for delivery
  • Regular updating of business systems and processes
  • Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership through industry knowledge and identifying key market trends
  • Develop understanding of the full Endava sales process
  • Consciously develop your skillset to further your career in business development

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for sales and building business relationships – Eager to attract new logos and provide solution-led technology services
  • Confident working in a target driven environment
  • Highly motivated to succeed and develop your skills and knowledge
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical terminology
  • Technological interest in banking & payments
  • Business acumen and understanding of core functions of a business
  • High energy and ability to communicate with internal stakeholders
