Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities

The primary objective of this position is to use a variety of lead generation/marketing activities to generate appointments for Endava’s Sales team.

The secondary objectives are to generate interest in Endava’s services and to raise Endava’s profile in key industry verticals.

Main duties:

  • Prospect potential customers via phone, email, social media to schedule meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams to agree message for delivery
  • Organise target list to contact
  • Consistently meet or exceed your targets each quarter
  • Develop relationships with C-Level executives
  • Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
  • Develop the necessary skills to further your career in sales
  • Time management to ensure maximum productivity
  • Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Exposure to telephone sales (ideally lead generation activity), demonstrable experience of networking and lead generation.
  • Demonstrable experience of working to and meeting targets in a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles to facilitate alternative Lead Gen activities.
  • Experience of telephone sales in IT organisation or IT Recruitment Company.
  • Experience of IT services, or IT recruitment.Exposure to event organisation. Demonstrable experience of designing and executing an event that has resulted in sales leads.
  • Specialist Knowledge: Knowledge of the IT industry, particularly in the Finance, Telco and Media sectors, would be highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
