Responsibilities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the overall recruitment management of the Sales & Marketing workforce to enable effective service delivery.

Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates in a timely manner and build talent pipelines for our future hiring needs.

 

Main duties:

Coordinates with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles across UK, Western Europe and the US

Develops and updates job descriptions and job specifications

Uses online and offline sourcing techniques i.e. networking at career events and searching for potential hires through resume databases

Advertises open positions to external networks.

Responds to inquiries by candidates and is able to deal effectively with a broad range of problems of moderate complexity, only escalating those which need specialist or management attention

Assesses applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and creates a shortlist for review by hiring manager

Schedules interviews and other selection processes

Ensures that recruitment processes have been completed

Ensures that all relevant parties are informed of the results of interviews and other decisions

Identifies and complies with relevant organisational policies and procedures

 

Qualifications and Experience

Desirable: 

Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams

Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously

Educated to degree level with typically 3-5 years’ relevant experience

 

Essential:

Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar

Existing network of candidates with IT sales experience

Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
