Office Manager




  • The Office Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating and assisting the office daily activities.
  • Front Desk Management: welcome and host visitors, supporting their needs.
  • Supervise maintain and functionality of office facilities.
  • Office Logistics.
  • Organize and Support internal and external events.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage reservations and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • New joiners employees assistance.


Qualifications and Experience

Skills needed:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Office Assistant in global companies.
  • Experience supporting a team in an office environment.
  • Knowledge in customer service techniques.
  • Excellent written and communication English skills.
