Senior AM Engineer L3 - .NET

Application Management

Responsibilities

As a .NET AM Engineer in a very rich and dynamic environment, you will work closely with the Scrum and Support teams.
You will be in charge of the functional and technical support of the production environments.
L3 activities including configuration, bug fixing, and code enhancements;
Troubleshooting and providing solutions for customer issues.
Monitoring and Incident management.
Participate in Scrum and Support meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in applications management and/or development;
Good knowledge of .NET and related technologies.
Nice to have some C# and/or Javascript experience
Experience with JIRA, Service Now, or similar tools.
Experience working in an ITIL-based environment;
Good communication skills, adaptability, and self-control.
Client-driven approach & service-oriented.
Excellent time management skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
