Responsibilities

Plan and conduct the Data Discovery phase with the stakeholders.
Discover and elicit business and data requirements.
Analyze data sources and document the requirements in artifacts such as data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and Star/Snowflake schemas.
Identify data quality and data consistency issues.
Design the conceptual/logical/physical data model for Data warehouse solutions.
Define data processing and cleaning rules.
Query and transform data to generate reports according to the stakeholders' definitions.
Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI that display trends and insights valuable for the stakeholders.
Apply analysis tools like data dictionary, data lineage, and source to target mapping.
Manage data requirements throughout the project, including managing changes to the requirements.
Assist the Product Owner in iteration/release planning and prioritization of the backlog.
Work in an agile environment as part of a Scrum team.

At least 1 year of working experience in the Tableau platform.
Proficient in SDLC (Planned Iterative, Agile).
Good spoken and written English language skills (B2+).
Excellent stakeholders management.
High knowledge of cloud Data warehouse technologies.
Proficient in SQL language.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
Team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others to achieve a common goal.
BA/BS degree in information technology or related education.

Nice to have:

Certification in Tableau Desktop Specialist.
Knowledge of AWS DW services (Redshift).
Experience in large international projects working with multicultural teams.
Experience working onshore, offshore, nearshore, and on-site with co-located and distributed teams.
