Responsibilities

The team supports all HR processes related to the employee during their life cycle at Endava, our main responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting
  • Policies and guidelines
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Legal compliance
  • Health and safety

In this area you can help us identify opportunities to improve the life cycle of employees in the company. Your responsibilities will include resolving employee queries and helping to improve their health and safety at work.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Knowledge in Data Base Analysis
  • Passionate about working for people
  • Communication and Organization skills
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel
  • English level: Intermediate or advanced
  • Basic knowledge in contractual and work processes
  • Knowledge in benefits and workers compensation
