Responsibilities

To work with clients and project teams to assess, design, and migrate VoIP telephony solutions.

  • Work directly with clients to understand current technology setup
  • Build porting strategies
  • Define network architecture
  • Setup configuration in the new platform
  • Support the client through required configurations

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Networking
  • Experience in VoIP Projects
  • Nice to have some Cloud experience
  • Client Management
  • Advanced english level
  • Nice to have: Intermediate - Advanced portuguese level
