Responsibilities

As Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a team working on user engagement for digital products. You'll create strategies and campaigns that improve targeted user metrics in apps, constantly analyze data, and optimize steps to improve the results of the products you're working on. You will understand and solve problems and recognize opportunities, also, you will be analyzing data and implementing campaigns. You will use growth hacking tools such as Braze, Leanplum, and Iterable, then you will use this knowledge to retain and motivate users to be satisfied and active.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience with user engagement or growth.
  • Experience with marketing channels like Email, Push notifications, In-app messages, and SMS.
  • Experience with Engagement / Marketing automation tools (Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, MoEngage, Customer.io, Airship, OneSignal)
  • Experience with  Analytics tools is a plus: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analitycs, Amplitude.
  • Analyzing user data and feedback.
  • Courage in pivoting and trying new things.
  • Understanding the user journey of digital products.
  • The desire for a step more when it comes to customer satisfaction.
  • Upper-Intermediate – Advanced English Skills.
