Application Management Analyst

Application Management


  • Account management for different applications
  • Administering and maintaining the applications
  • Offering end-user support in using the applications
  • Contribute with system improvements and tasks automation
  • You will be working closely with business stakeholders (HR, Finance and Purchasing) in supporting and improving the applications
  • You will be leasing with third parties in troubleshooting as well as developing the applications
  • Gain a good understanding of the Client’s business and design in the appropriate technical solutions for their needs


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in working within IT customer services and support operation
  • A clear understanding of the relationship between IT and Business
  • Customer-oriented – active listening and understanding of customers’ needs
  • Business awareness – open to learning some customer procedures and working with the client policy in mind
  • High excel knowledge; also capable of identifying trends and using statistics to interpret data
  • Organized, analytical and methodical, structured approach to work, attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and SQL. 


Desirable skills:

  • Experience in delivering application support service
  • Technically aware (SQL scripting, low-code development, reporting or database administration)
  • ITILv4 awareness
