Is accountable for the induction of new team members
Perform administrative tasks: timesheets approvals; expenses approvals, annual leave etc.
Promote common delivery standards and adherence to processes, signposting correct practice and correcting behaviors contrary to these, including liaising with other team leaders in other locations to ensure consistency of approach.
Help identify and prioritise individual or team development areas by working with the Career Coach/Discipline based on the business priorities.
Observe and raise training needs for the team, coordinating logistics where necessary
Management escalation point for the team
Team performance measurement and activity reporting
Team health – is concerned about the health of the relationships inside the team and is equipped with the skills to move it through maturity levels.
Manage expectations and escalations for resources requests for project work.
Identify, understand, assess and manage any resource expectations by flagging opportunities for rotations, staff risk, demotivation and readiness to move on in order to have consistency in performance.
