Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Delivers new functionality across applications.
  • Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules.
  • Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
  • Developing integrations.
  • Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • ServiceNow Development experience.
  • ServiceNow Administration experience.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP/WSDL, REST).
  • Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS.
  • Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems.
  • Experience in using JavaScript, HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • English level (B2).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
