UX Lead



The UX Lead helps Endava grow its reputation, business and people through project leadership, design leadership & management and business/account development.

  • Works with the research, strategy, and UX design of digital experiences.
  • Oversees and/or executes quantitative and qualitative research, strategy creation, UX design and usability testing to ensure user needs and business goals are met.
  • Presents work to clients


Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 years fo experience working with UX teams.
  • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
  • Takes a logical, analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail. 
  • Shows good interpersonal skills, especially with regard to communication of technical matters to non technical people.
