The UX Lead helps Endava grow its reputation, business and people through project leadership, design leadership & management and business/account development.
Works with the research, strategy, and UX design of digital experiences.
Oversees and/or executes quantitative and qualitative research, strategy creation, UX design and usability testing to ensure user needs and business goals are met.
Presents work to clients
3 years fo experience working with UX teams.
Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
Takes a logical, analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail.
Shows good interpersonal skills, especially with regard to communication of technical matters to non technical people.
