Project Delivery Management


The role involves managing the IT project throughout the full life-cycle including: planning, scope, budget, reporting and delivery. The candidate should have excellent client facing skills and a proven track record of successful projects delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the focal point for production, technical, content and budgetary issues liaising with the client, internal departments, senior managers and other third parties as appropriate.
  • Facilitate, manage and maintain timely and effective communication across teams, with department heads, senior managers and third parties.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the project. Assess risks and report operational issues and ensure any problems are followed through to resolution.
  • Take decisions for an optimal project delivery and setting the right expectations.
  • Drive cross teams improvements.
  • Offer guidance for an effective Agile implementation.
  • Produce weekly and monthly project reports in accordance with the company’s standards.


Qualifications and Experience


  • A highly organised approach to leading and delivering IT projects – with solid experience using a range of project delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client facing skills
  • Experience of chairing meetings, regular reporting, technical sales support and helping to produce budgets
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and Agile at Scale (SAFe, LeSS) frameworks
  • Experience of running multiple geographically distributed teams
  • Proven track record of successful IT projects delivery


  • PMI-ACP/PMP/PRINCE2 qualification
  • Experience with JIRA
