Communications Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of company’s employer branding initiatives and communication campaigns (recruitment campaigns, major group communication campaigns, engagement at events)
• Support the local recruitment efforts and activities – job fairs, career forums, online recruitment campaigns, etc,
• Maintain and further develop company brand presence and strategy on local market
• Lead and develop communications to support business delivery, organisation changes, executive updates etc.
• Drive and implement communication campaigns for internal and external events- speaker opportunities, sponsorships, etc.
• Create annual communication plan aligned with business strategic directions for every financial year.
• Create multimedia content and branded visual materials to promote Endava as local employer of choice using an assortment of channels
• Create written content for all communications, scripts, presentations as required
• Create and implement internal communication campaigns to improve clarity and employee engagement
• Create content and strategy for Endava’s social media accounts, tailored to local needs
• Measure effectiveness and report back on levels of engagement and understanding of communications
• Proactively suggest areas/topics/opportunities for communication to support the overall business strategy/requirements
•Manage spend for all communications as agreed as part of the overall communications/business budget
• Act as key point of contact in collaboration with related suppliers (advertising/design and/or media and media agencies)

 

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of previous experience in the field of corporate communications and specifics of corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PR, Communication, Journalism, Marketing etc.)
• Excellent media relations
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent written communication & storytelling skills, in both English and Bulgarian
• Detail-oriented person with strong time-management, planning and organizational skills, holding the ownership for projects
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedIn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office pack
