Senior User Engagement Specialist



  • Creating strategies and campaigns that improve targeted user metrics;
  • Analyzing user engagement data;
  • Optimizing conversion rates;
  • Optimizing steps to improve the results of the products;
  • Working closely with design and development teams to improve the overall user journey and experience on multiple digital platforms and products.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools;
  • Experience with tools such as Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, etc.;
  • Creating communication strategies for CRM;
  • Creativity and curiosity in defining metrics and KPIs;
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of conversion channels;
  • Analyzing user data and feedback;
  • Understanding the user journey of digital products;
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. 


The following skills would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
  • Understanding of UX processes;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
