Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools;
- Experience with tools such as Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, etc.;
- Creating communication strategies for CRM;
- Creativity and curiosity in defining metrics and KPIs;
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of conversion channels;
- Analyzing user data and feedback;
- Understanding the user journey of digital products;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
The following skills would be a plus:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Understanding of UX processes;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
