Responsibilities

Our client has delivered mission-critical solutions for public safety clients across the globe including some of the largest and highest profile agencies, which includes many of the largest, most complex agencies in the police, fire, ambulance, and other public safety agencies, such as highways and coastguard.

You will be part of a team that works for a firm based in UK and will support the client’s critical changes and enhancement works to the application’s landscape. The current application is on prem,  written in WPF and C#, with SQL DBs.

  • Your main responsibilities will be to develop software systems; you will participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements; 
  • Work closely with the client’s development team and contribute to the Agile process; 
  • Your decisions will influence the success of projects and team objectives; 
  • You will solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team; 
  • Ability to analyze the existing code base and design pragmatic amendments.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Working experience in .NET web applications development;
  • Experience with WPF / XAML, C# .NET and SQL 
  • Good understanding of the software design principles;
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies;
  • Ability to take full ownership of a feature, from design to deployment to production;
  • Very good written and spoken English communication skills.
