Content Marketing Manager



The Endava Brand and Communications team is seeking a versatile Content Market Manager with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, a strategic mindset, and bags of enthusiasm for creating and curating stand-out communication strategies guided by business objectives.

This exciting role requires managing company-wide success stories, contributing to brand-narrative content campaigns, and ensuring the strategy for our Tech Reimagined podcast reflects the overall brand narrative.

You must be able to tell stories in a cohesive, engaging, and thought-provoking manner that assists in meeting the goals of the marketing and sales teams and the wider business.

You will work in a global and pan-vertical manner and be responsible for using data and insight to create and manage your assets to fit multi-channel content campaigns that raise brand awareness and engagement across regions and industries.

The ideal candidate has confidence and experience in leading content creation and ensuring their core assets can be used in a variety of formats, including blogs, podcasts and social media posts.

The Content Marketing Manager will have a customer-first mindset whilst knowing how to engage with a sales-led organization. The ideal candidate is a real team player and comfortable with frequently communicating and coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.

This role is for you if you are curious by nature, have comprehensive experience across a variety of marketing areas and a holistic approach toward communications.

You will get to shape the success story platform and wider strategy behind the customer advocacy programme, form part of the core Brand and Communications team, as well as managing the exciting Brand Podcast, Tech Reimagined. You will work as part of a team but be responsible for leading and managing your projects end-to-end. The Content Marketing Manager will join a growing marketing team and be an integral part of contributing to successful global brand campaigns.

      What’s the day-to-day role? ** 


  • Be part of our global storytelling team
  • Take ownership of managing the overall success story programme
  • Plan and create high-quality content that raises brand awareness and engagement and aligns with business objectives, brand standards and voice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones – including subject matter experts, researchers, designers, and marketing and sales intel.

  • Project management experience
  • Sales-led organisation experience
  • Experience working in B2B or in IT services


      Educational background and experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Maximum 5 years of previous experience is required, along with bags of enthusiasm to work with a great team, hone your writing skills and develop in a growing technology company
