• You have the ability to adjust the process to Hiring needs in order to meet the expectations
• You are not fed up with Head Hunting and coming up with fresh ideas when it comes to candidate attraction
• You independently lead the full recruitment lifecycle across different disciplines and seniorities
• You build meaningful relationships with candidates and colleagues across the organization
• You contribute to the Employer Branding strategy in the local market
