Responsibilities

Part of a dedicated team providing project delivery services of on-premise and Cloud solutions built on virtual and Physical infrastructures
Design, implement and test projects based on clients functional and business requirements (including travel to other countries)
Involvement in architecture and project definition working with software and infrastructure architects to define requirements.
Research and development of new technologies based on client project pipelines
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Provide support services during project go-live, performance tuning, and transition to support operations

Experience with the current Windows operating systems (Server and Workstation)
Good working experience with Active Directory and Group policies (AAD beneficial)
Exposure to Linux OS (Install and initial setup) especially with CentOS but any possibilities will be considered
Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Azure, Intune, Exchange, MS Teams, SCCM, Certificate services)
Understanding of PowerShell and ability at least write simple scripts (should be able to provide examples)
Azure cloud experience
Private clouds virtualizations (any variations will be considered)
Backup technologies (Azure Recovery Vault/DPM/Commvault/others)
Basic networking understanding: routing, DNS, FW and LB
Good awareness of MS Office 365 suite
Awareness of IT Security
Previous background in IT support is a plus
Good troubleshoot skills
Change process awareness
Good written and spoken English
