Junior People Services Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Perform approvals and updates for various changes related to the employees’ profile in the Oracle system
  • Monthly briefs finance about new employees, leavers, salary, grade changes or any other employment issues
  • Provide certificates on employee’s request (medical, salary or other types of certificates)
  • Prepare and sign work contracts, addendums and work contract termination with the employees
  • Maintain personnel folders up to date
  • Assist with simple employee relations matters and manage employee compliance
  • Undertake duties that require knowledge of established departmental procedures and familiarity with HR operations and activities
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Team and provide HR data any time is required

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 6 to 12 months of previous experience in HR admin area (including Internships)
  • Experience in a complex multicultural environment is highly desired 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
  • People-oriented, flexible, and mindful of company resources
  • Very well organized and good time manager
