• Working together with the Senior Group Reporting Accountant, you will be involved in the monthly group-level accruals process (vacation, other salary-related, central accruals, etc.)
• Actively participate in the Group consolidation process by preparing schedules and reconciliations (taxation, fixed assets, accruals and provisions, and other balance sheet reconciliations upon need)
• Review Intercompany transactions and prepare the monthly group reconciliation, as part of the consolidation process
• Learn key reporting activities, such as preparation of financial statements, drafting key input schedules, IFRS disclosure requirements
• Involved in rolling out activities to newly acquired businesses, as part of the M&A integration process
• Support with Group Share Option Schemes reconciliation schedules
• Act as preparer from a SOX perspective for internal controls operating in your area of responsibility
• Involved in the Group Audit process
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with general ledger experience as a plus
• Educational background in accounting or alternative relevant financial background
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Romanian and English
• Attention to detail, multitasking, ability to meet deadlines
