Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business area owners, hiring managers, people business partners, and recruitment teams to develop generic job profiles and review those regularly when any improvements are required
  • Keep the list of generic job descriptions up-to-date
  • Support Shared People Services and People Insights teams to regularly check the staff
    data consistency in Oracle HCM and other internal systems
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits team on job mapping alignment for Salary
    Surveys
  • Regularly check and update the Discipline Career Maps on Career Development System
    tool (CDS) and flag any inconsistencies and further additions and developments
  • Support collating the ‘gaps’ on new entity HR / people-related processes, procedures, and policies between Endava and local specifics
  • Support the Oracle team with the Oracle HCM build for new entities by providing relevant information and resolving queries as they arise
  • Support Oracle HCM user testing and validate defects resolution
  • Have awareness and support implementation of related SOX requirements within the scope of the role
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned if required by business and as it seems
    appropriate for the level of role and knowledge

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Has previous 3-5 years of experience in an HR professional role in the company
    with a well-developed, multi-faceted HR function (including learning, talent
    acquisition, and management, organizational change)
  • Demonstrated experience working with an HRMS database
  • Participation in HR transformation projects is a plus
  • Possesses a general understanding of business and business skills
  • Open-minded and structured
  • Demonstrated attention to details
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Professional, motivated, assertive, organized, and willing to learn new tasks
  • Highly self-motivated and dedicated, serious work ethic with the ability to think and adapt quickly
