Junior Benefits Analyst



• Support Compensation and Benefits Team in mapping existing benefits in Endava Locations
• Support developing, coordination, and enforcing of systems, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to the Total Rewards platform implementation
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to collect market data to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness
• Maintain the integrity of benefits data by performing audits and reports
• Provide ad-hoc analysis on Benefits matters
• Support, create and update the Benefits intranet site and Communications media
Collaborate with local HR and PDR teams on the benefit programs related activities (i.e. information gathering and tracking, analysis, implementation)


Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in the Benefits area represents an advantage
• 0-1 years of experience in an HR/Payroll/Finance area
• Medium Excel user: can understand and apply lookup formulas, if (including average if, sum if, median if), index/match, sum-product
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration
Languages: Proficient English
