Responsibilities

We are now looking for an Office Assistant who will be part of a professional, dynamic and adaptable team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and respond to their demands
  • Manages client visits during their stay in the office (coordinates internal transfers, refreshments, lunch in the office & restaurant reservation)
  • Support onboarding activities
  • Handle office mail and correspondence
  • Assist with the planning of internal events
  • Monitor, request and restock office supplies & consumables, and equipment inventory when needed
  • Coordinates internally all requests addressed to front desk
  • Manage all office administration, both on a day-to-day and long-term basis

 

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, communication and planning skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer-oriented person (internal and external)
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and shifting priorities
  • Pro-active, flexible, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google tools
  • Fluent English - written and spoken minimum B2
  • University degree

 

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Experience at a similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluent English speaker C1 level
