Test Manager

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Test Manager with strong technical background on the automation testing area and exposure to various business industries.

  • Define test strategy and coordinate the testing processes
  • Coordinate test integration phases with internal components and external ones together with the corresponding Test Managers
  • Maintain regular syncs with QA engineers and their activities inside their teams 
  • Define test automation approach for component, component integration, system integration, e2e testing 
  • Raise and track risks & their mitigation for planned test phases and releases

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 8+ years' automation testing experience
  • Oversee and lead the development of testing strategies, skills and capabilities into all testing phases of the project
  • Technical expertise in one of the following technologies: Java, C# or JavaScript
  • Being able to suggest test process improvements 
  • Proven experience in managing teams of technology professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, promoting healthy relationships and team dynamics
