  • Accurately administer training and engagement events
  • Work in a team to coordinate programmes with all stakeholders in the organisation
  • Create and deliver a range of trainings using offline, online and blended learning
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
  • Evaluate training and development programmes
  • Revise programmes administration as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Liaise with Comms to ensure proper event communication
  • Manage all pre-event planning, coordinate the event, produce post-event evaluation
  • Keep up to date with developments in the industry and to network with fellow professionals.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform others clearly
  • Excel and reporting proficient
  • Presentation skills
  • Accountability, diplomacy, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Coordination skills to ensure the efficient running of an event
  • Flexible, target-driven, proactive approach
  • English B2+
