Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Company’s Hiring Needs
  • Finding talented individuals for job vacancies
  • Overseeing the interview process
  • Working with Hiring Managers, planning activities to determine hiring needs and recruiting strategies
  • Maintaining communication with Hiring Managers regarding pipeline and candidate status
  • Developing and implementing resourcing and selection strategies
  • IT Market analysis and trends

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in recruitment, IT field
  • Fluent English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Existing network in IT industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to compromise and provide solutions
  • Autonomous and self-driven
