Enterprise Architect



The Architect’s main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the development of the target (and current) state architectural blueprint and transition roadmaps based on analysis of the business' desired future state capabilities to facilitate investment planning and decision making
  • Support the development of business case justifications and cost-benefit analysis for proposed areas of IT and data related spending and initiatives.
  • Awareness of the technology industry (e.g. in terms of COTS packages, CRM, ERP solutions) and awareness of platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and low code/no-code solutions and Web portal solutions
  • Support with defining technical standards, guidelines, and architectural principles required for the target state



Qualifications and Experience


  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise, application, and information architecture design with significant experience in IT transformation.
  • Have a sound understanding of translating business strategy and goals into a compelling and actionable architectural blueprint and roadmap to support the delivery of business outcomes.
  • Strong technical skills background preferably gained in a Systems Integration/package delivery environment.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and supporting complex IT systems.
  • Experience in working with business, data, and application, security, and infrastructure architects.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills and have the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and integration approaches across hybrid environments and shows a willingness to keep abreast of advances in technology, concepts, practices, and industry direction.
  • Ability to negotiate complex and often contentious issues, reach consensus, and work with people to achieve key goals.
  • Experience in documenting architectural deliverables
