Senior Technical Support Engineer

Application Management


We are seeking technical engineers with relevant experience in support roles, to help our customer support their core business applications and the underlying infrastructure.


Qualifications and Experience

• Linux administration
• Oracle administration
• Virtualization
• Experienced with support processes (ITIL)
• Interacted with the client on a regular basis
• Experience working in distributed teams is a plus
• Team oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others in order to achieve a common goal
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Very good command of spoken and written English
