How would your colleagues describe you in one sentence?
I think they would describe me as a person that can be trusted and is always willing to offer support and give advice.
What can you tell us about your life outside of work?
In high school, I learnt national and classical dance, as I was an art school student. Afterwards, while working at Endava, during the weekends, I followed the courses of the Political School. The experiences were filled with workshops at the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, the European Parliament, and even at the Public Speaking School.
Tell us how your passions have contributed to your day to day job.
I always wanted to be an active contributor to the overall IT community in Moldova. I see myself as an enthusiastic promoter of the IT sector in discussions with my friends, relatives, and people from other business domains. I even think that the IT sector can positively impact the overall economic development of our country.
I am very proud to have contributed to the growth of Endava and of the IT community by being involved in collaborations with our local universities, and by arranging various technical meetups, workshops for the IT students and university professors.
What advice would you give yourself if you were to start working at Endava today?
Don’t be afraid to take on any challenge!
How would you rate your experience with Endava so far?
