    Madalin Ilie is a technology enthusiastic geek passionate about software development and innovation. Has been in the software industry for over 10 years, working on a wide range of projects from small webapps to large scale distributed applications. His daily focus is on quality, automation, continuous improvement and enabling the full potential in others. And, of course, writing code.

    Continuous Delivery is a Mindset

    Continuous Delivery on its own is not a silver bullet that will make things easier overnight. Unless you don’t change your mindset, it will be just another shiny concept in your tool belt. You will consult periodically for reassurance and just to feel good about yourself, but won’t actually produce any value.

  • David Farley

    Dave Farley is a thought-leader in the field of Continuous Delivery, DevOps and Software Development in general. Co-author of the Jolt-award winning book 'Continuous Delivery', conference speaker, blogger and one of the authors of the Reactive Manifesto, he has been having fun with computers for over 30 years. He started working in large scale distributed systems about 25 years ago, doing research into the development of loose-coupled, message-based systems - a forerunner of MicroService architectures. 

    Having a wide range of experience leading the development of complex software in teams, Dave was an early adopter of agile development techniques, employing iterative development, continuous integration and significant levels of automated testing on commercial projects from the early ‘90s.

  • Calin Ginga

    Calin Ginga is a Java Developer part of the ISDC - member of Endava group team. He worked on various projects most of them related to logistics or finance. For the past two years he has picked up the role of Team Leader for two teams working for a Dutch funds investment company. He is passionate about his work do, both technical and non-technical initiatives, being engaged in many internal activities that assure good practices and principles throughout the organisation. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends & family, sports and biking.

    Working in a software service company comes with many obstacles when it comes to the Continuous Delivery way of working. Depending on the customer there are different challenges that you need to overcome. In this presentation we will dive into some of the practices that we approached on some of our projects and that are taking us one step closer to Continuous Delivery and also making our delivery process faster and more reliable.
