The e-learning platform includes a mix of personal and professional development, leadership and technical sessions, providing you with resources that allow you to drive your own learning.

Apprenticeship and Sharing
We recognise that we all have a set of skills and competencies we excel at and areas we want to develop and, based on the belief that the best way to learn new behaviours and skills is from those who already excel in those areas, we actively try to “pass on” these abilities with each other.
Our “Pass it on” meet-ups allow Endavans to share their experience, knowledge, and even just exciting idea with their colleagues in an open conversation meant to help us all grow.
